Your tasks:
- Scheduling of patients
- Activities at the reception desk incl.
Accepting patients and printing prescriptions - Telephone communication with patients and business partners
- Preliminary examination of patients using various ophthalmologic devices (visual field, autorefractometer, non-contact tonometer, Pentacam, OCT, etc.)
- Administrative tasks such as duty rosters and resource planning
Your profile:
- Completed training as a medical assistant/medical assistant
- Friendly and team player
- Good basic PC skills
- Experience in ophthalmology an advantage, but not a must
